Fees & Policies

Once dates and the project is confirmed, an $80 deposit will be taken. This will go towards the first hour of time spent on the project. Then my rate is $80 per hour and $0.65 per mile. I would be commuting from Oak Park, IL. I have a minimum of 3 hours for a project, per day and normally work 6 hours a day, on average. Hours of work will be discussed before start date.


If product needs to be purchased on behalf of the client, a 10% service fee will be added to the product total. Time spent shopping will also be factored in to regular rate pricing.

I understand life can be unpredictable, so I am flexible with start and end times. However, I have a 24 hour cancellation fee of 50% of the projected project. This includes deposit taken. Rescheduling will not be subject to a fee. 

I keep in touch with clients via text and normally confirm the job again, within 7 days of the scheduled date. This will be the only time I follow up to confirm our project. If a no-call/no-show situation arises, the client is responsible for paying the cancellation fee of 50% of the projected project.

I accept Zelle, Venmo or personal check as forms of payment. Payment will be due at the end of each day. No exceptions.​​

The client will be responsible for the safety of the home or area we are scheduled to work in. I will not subject myself or my teams to unsafe or unkempt conditions.
